Role Overview

The Core Wellness Manager will be the frontline representative of Core11 Lifescience in hospitals and clinical institutions. This role is designed to build strong relationships with nutritionists, dietitians, doctors, pharmacy in-charges, and chemists, with the primary objective of generating product prescriptions, ensuring product availability, and driving demand generation. The role also involves close coordination with stockists and direct engagement with patients to enable therapy adherence and ensure continuity of care.


Key Responsibilities

1. Prescription Generation & HCP Engagement

  • Regularly meet and educate nutritionists, dietitians, intensivists, oncologists, nephrologists, endocrinologists, and other relevant specialists on Core11’s Entrifed product range.
  • Conduct one-on-one product detailing sessions, CME meetings, and in-clinic demonstrations.
  • Establish scientific credibility through evidence-based communication and support materials.

2. Pharmacy & Chemist Activation

  • Build rapport with hospital pharmacy in-charges and retail chemists to ensure on-shelf availability.
  • Execute product placements, visibility, and pharmacy-led recommendations where permitted.
  • Resolve prescription-to-purchase gaps by connecting prescribers and pharmacists.

3. Stockist Coordination & Inventory Management

  • Coordinate daily with local stockists/distributors to ensure timely product availability and restocking.
  • Monitor and manage product movement, returns, and local logistics issues.
  • Communicate demand forecasts and prescription trends to improve supply chain efficiency.

4. Patient Engagement & Therapy Support

  • Counsel patients or caregivers post-prescription to support understanding and compliance.
  • Ensure product availability at the nearest chemist or through direct-to-patient models where applicable.
  • Follow up with patients for refill cycles and adherence tracking as per protocol.

5. Sales Target Achievement

  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual prescription and secondary sales targets.
  • Maintain and expand prescriber base and key account coverage.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting of sales activities, call records, and territory insights.
